Mutual fund administrator Ultimus Fund Solutions has hired Kirk Littleton as director of Business Development.

Littleton previously was managing director of Global Outsourcing for BNY Mellons second-generation middle-office outsourcing services to mutual funds, institutional asset managers, insurance companies and hedge funds. He has also served as a sales manager for Eagle Investment Systems, and in sales, product design and implementation roles at SunGard Investment Systems.

Adding Kirk to our team is a significant step in executing Ultimus growth plan, says Bob Dorsey, co-founder and managing director of Ultimus. The depth of experience and consultative approach he brings from working with mutual funds for nearly three decades will help Ultimus craft the right mix of high-touch services for our expanded client base. We are delighted to have him on board.

Littleton adds: Small to mid-sized mutual funds and investment managers are increasingly finding themselves underserved by the large bank service providers. As an established industry player with the highest quality services in the market, Ultimus is primed to thoughtfully expand its reach and fill this gap, while maintaining its loyal relationships and service-oriented approach with existing clients.
