UK-based International Financial Administration Group (Ifina) and International Fiduciary Services (IQE) in the Isle of Man have announced a cooperation, aimed at strengthening both firms expertise and services and allowing each firm to gain access to new jurisdictions.

Ifina provides investment fund formation and administration and valuation services for investment funds domiciled in offshore centres such as the UK, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, USA, Malta, Switzerland, Austria, Panama, Hong Kong and Singapore. The company has over $1.8 billion of AuA.

IQE provides fiduciary services to private and corporate clients. The company has worked with professional advisers in providing services such as forming and administering structures and building expertise in property development, employee and consultancy services and investment holding.

IQEs corporate team, which is specialist in capital markets, assists in forming a number of companies that are listed or quoted on the AIM market and recognized stock exchanges. It also provides services to a number of private equity invested vehicles, which have ambitions to pursue an IPO.
