Coutts & Co has appointed James Fleming as head of its international client group. Fleming will be leading the team of private bankers who are responsible for providing cross-border financial services for international clients who hold assets in the UK.
Fleming, aged 40, joins Coutts from S G Hambros Bank & Trust Limited where he was managing director of London Private Banking. He joined Hambros Bank in 1980, progressing through a number of roles before being appointed managing director in October 1999.
