UBS has hired Gavin Byrnes to lead the companys efforts to reestablish its business development presence in London to build upon client relationships in Ireland and the UK.
The hire follows the launch of UBSs fund services offices in the APAC region as the company looks to grow globally. Byrnes will be focusing on alternative asset administration and Irish domiciled investment vehicles. He will work closely with UBSs BD & CRM locations across the globe and help promote the companys global integrated offering.
Byrnes, who was previously the head of sales and product development at SEB Fund Services in Luxembourg, will report to Andr Valente.
