TwoFour has made two appointments in the London officeDave Clark as the new managing director for EMEA and Neil Clarke as a member of the sales team.

Clark has more than 25 years of experience successfully selling solutions to the financial services markets covering treasury, capital markets, derivatives and banking. Included in his extensive industry history is a former relationship with TwoFour. Along with the existing managing partners of TwoFour, Clark helped to spearhead the European sales operation of The Frustum Group, (acquired by Misys in 1996) and was integral in building Frustums EMEA client base to exceed 60 in fewer than ten years. In his new role, Dave will focus on supporting existing clients as well as growing TwoFours presence throughout the EMEA region. Dave replaces current EMEA managing director John Flowers, who will be returning to his native Massachusetts to head the new TwoFour Boston-based office.

Clarke has almost ten years of trading and sales experience within the financial services industry, specializing in software solutions for trading and risk management. Throughout his career, Clarke has had a successful history of establishing new clients within the European markets. He was formerly sales manager at Eflow Global, a boutique software company that offers front-to-back-office software solutions for trading, risk management, surveillance and billing. Before his time at Eflow Global, Clarke was a trader with Saxon Financials in London.

The additions of Clark and Clarke are strategic decisions based on TwoFours commitment to the continued international growth of its business. The appointments are an important step in helping TwoFour meet increasing regional demand for its market leading solutions and consulting expertise. TwoFour is currently working with several major clients in banking and investment services in the UK and Europe, and Clarks key responsibilities will include driving new business opportunities and expanding European market presence while supporting existing clients with an enhanced sales team.

Daves background and expertise fits in perfectly with our mission to be the best provider of innovative software solutions and consulting expertise in the region,” says Steve Davis, CEO of TwoFour. He has the experience, track record and industry knowledge to successfully lead our London team. Neil is also a terrific addition to the team, and were excited about the opportunities his role will bring to TwoFour. John Flowers created a great foundation for Dave to build on which allows TwoFour to continue to provide excellent service to our clients in EMEA and around the world.”
