Triton Consulting, the DB2 experts, announced a partnership with DB2 tools provider, DBI Software. This partnership combines DBI’s revolutionary database monitoring, tuning, and trending tools with Triton’s Remote DBA service to bring a truly powerful DB2 database support solution to the market.
The terms of the partnership cover three agreements; Triton will combine DBI’s tools with their own Remote DBA service to enhance their proactive monitoring capabilities; DBI software will resell Triton’s Remote DBA service in North America and lastly, Triton Consulting will be authorised to sell the full range of DBI software solutions to the UK and EMEA markets.

Each package has a fixed monthly cost with no limit on support calls. By partnering with DBI software this service will now be offered to customers in North America.
DBI Software works with customers to help them effectively tune and monitor their DB2 LUW systems. Their industry leading monitoring and reporting software is designed specifically for DB2 LUW. When combined with Triton’s Remote DBA service it will provide a truly comprehensive support and monitoring solution. Triton’s expert support team will use Brother-Hawk™ from DBI software to help them remotely manage their customer’s DB2 databases.
