Prior to Aon, he held leadership roles at Hewitt Associates for 16 years and, before that, played a national role in the health care practice of Towers Perrin.
A recognized speaker and published author, Hiles has been a member of the Disparities Advisory Board of the National Business Group on Health. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
