The Gerson Group has named three new executives to its management team, hoping to expand its presence in the industry.

The firm appointed Bronwyn Kelly chief operating officer, Neil Callaghan as chief knowledge officer and Glenn Stevens managing director.

Kelly will oversee the daily operations of the firm and its finances and research. Previously, she spent six years with A.T. Kearney Executive Search where she was the North American research coordinator and search consultant for financial services.

As the chief knowledge officer, Callaghan will manage the firm’s research activities and information resources. Before joining The Gerson Group, Callahan was a research associate at Russell Reynolds Associates for 10 years. He has 14 years of experience in the financial services and executive search industry.

Stevens will first open a London office for the firm, helping it expand globally. Most recently, he was CEO of Nobok, Inc., a global sports media company in London. Stevens has also worked for A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Korn/Ferry International.

“We are pleased to welcome these three accomplished professionals to The Gerson Group and are confident that they will further our commitment to providing outstanding talent and strategic advice to help our clients build their businesses,” says Russ Gerson, CEO.
