The Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) has outlined key initiatives for 2005.
To start the year, TSD plans to develop an e-IPO system in February. In the second quarter of 2005, TSD is targeting securities borrowing and lending for members.
In the third quarter of 2005, TSD is targeting a clearing house for derivatives.
