Deutsche Bank has been appointed as depositary bank for the sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt program of Germany-based ThyssenKrupp, one of the world’s largest technology groups.
One ThyssenKrupp ADR represents one ordinary share, which is listed on the Frankfurt and Düsseldorf stock exchanges. The ticker symbol for these ADRs is “TKAMY” and will be traded over the counter in the U.S.
“North American investors are an important part of ThyssenKrupp’s shareholder base,” says the company. “Using targeted investor relations measures we will further extend our reach in this important capital market and thus support the spread of ThyssenKrupp ADRs among U.S. investors.”
