Electronic Clearing Services announced Wednesday the kick off of its SVPCO Gateway DTA system.
SVPCO Gateway DTA allows institutions to send and receive bulk files of images through its network.
The gateway lets institutions connect to the network through a phone line and, SVPCO says it requires no additional software. In the third quarter of this year, SVPCO plans to launch a second option which allows access through an existing internet connection using FTP.
Both options are designed with institutions that process fewer than 100,000 images each day in mind, but it also focuses on those that are interested in increasing their image processing capabilities, SVPCO says.
