The BISYS Group, Inc. said that Jose Suquet will resign as Group President of BISYS’ Insurance and Education Services Group to return to a senior executive role with a major insurance carrier or other financial institution.
Russell Fradin, BISYS’ President and CEO, will immediately assume day-to-day leadership responsibilities for BISYS Insurance Services while an external search is conducted for Mr. Suquet’s replacement. Mr. Suquet will remain as an advisor to Mr. Fradin during the transition period to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
Suquet, a veteran senior executive in the insurance industry, came to BISYS after twenty-two years with The Equitable, most recently Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer at AXA Financial, Inc., its parent company.
