SunGard Securities Processing says Paul Stringer has been appointed senior vice president of product development, customer support, and data processing operations for Phase3. Phase3 is SunGard’s securities processing solution for broker/dealers and correspondent clearing firms. It is delivered on an ASP basis.
Prior to joining SunGard, Stringer was senior vice president and director of information services at Tucker Anthony Sutro in New York since 1994. During his 20 years as an information technology executive in the securities industry, he held positions at Keycorp McDonald Investments, FISERV Securities, and Southwest Securities.

SunGard Securities Processing aims to provide real-time, web-enabled clearance and settlement, accounting and operations workflow solutions for broker/dealers, banks and futures brokers on an ASP basis.
