StatPro Group plc, a provider of portfolio analytics and data applications for the global asset management industry, upgrades StatPro Direct client services portal to a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
Initially a client services platform StatPro Direct allowed clients to access support features and information on the applications they were using. It has now been redesigned and enhanced to include hosted applications that can be accessed from within the StatPro website.
Upgraded platform allows granular and temporary access to specific parts of the site, so as to give a flavour of the products and services available.
One of the applications within StatPro Direct is brand new a complex asset pricing service that is entirely pure-play SaaS, says Neil Smyth, Chief Technology Officer. From a purely technical level, the new SaaS platform offers our clients the choice of hosted hardware implementations and failover options that meet their business requirements for their applications. Improved uptime, application performance, security, live monitoring, backup and failover features are now available for the entire StatPro suite within the new SaaS platform.
