State Street has announced the opening of a new branch in Copenhagen focusing on financial services for asset owners, managers and insurance companies.
The financial services provider marked the opening of its latest office, located at Islands Brygge 57, with attendees including the US ambassador to Denmark Rufus Gifford and professor of finance at Copenhagen Business School Jesper Rangvid.
Stefan Gmur, executive vice president and head of Sector Solutions for State Street in Europe, Middle East and Africa said, “State Street is already positioned as a financial services provider in the region, but the opening of this new office reinforces our commitment to the Nordic market. “
