State Street has appointed Dick Taggart as senior vice president and head of Middle Office Outsourcing Operations across North America for its Investment Manager Services business.
Taggart joins State Street from AllianceBernstein, where most recently he was senior vice president and head of global operations responsible for Investment Management Operations for Institutional Services, Retail Mutual Funds and Private Client businesses.
He recently implemented the outsourcing of AllianceBernsteins investment operations with State Street. That mandate covered more than $300 billion in assets.
Taggart will report to Jeff Conway, executive vice president and global head of State Streets Investment Manager Services business.
