Eric Chow has been appointed as the head of client relationship management for the Alternative Investment Solutions Group (AIS) for State Street Global Services, Asia Pacific, with immediate effect.
Based in Hong Kong, Chow will report to Carol Hall, senior managing director of State Street’s AIS Group, at a regional level. He will focus on China and North Asia markets, and will take a leadership role in strengthening customer relationships and bridging client organizations to generate growth for the AIS Group, create and manage clients’ strategic plans as well as identify cross-selling opportunities through senior level relationships.
Chow was most recently the managing director at Bank of New York Mellon, responsible for formulating business strategy, product and business management for Alternative Investment Services and Financial Markets & Treasury Services in China. Prior to this, he was regional head of business development at HSBC Institutional Trust (Asia).
