The Office of the Treasurer for the State of Connecticut Denise Nappier has issued an RFP for global custody and securities lending services.
The Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (CRPTF), for who the search is being conducted, is comprised of 14 retirement plans and trust funds. It has investment assets totaling approximately $24 billion at Dec. 31 2011.
Other services being requested include performance measurement, analytics and attribution for the combined investment fund, customized enterprise risk tools, foreign exchange trading desk, accounting and reporting and transfer agency.
To be considered, each respondent must submit and deliver eight printed proposals to the Office of the Treasurer no later than Oct. 12 2012.
