SSI Investment Management Inc. and Froley, Revy Investment Company, Inc. complete the agreement under which SSI acquired Froley, Revy, convertible securities investment firms.

The current principals of Froley, Revy will have an ownership stake in SSI, and Andrea Revy OConnell joins the SSI board of directors. OConnell continues to manage the long-only portfolios and also joins SSIs Investment Policy Committee, which continues under the leadership of CIO George Douglas.

Froley, Revys complete investment team of portfolio managers and research analysts, along with the firms trading, operations and marketing associates, have joined SSIs 30-person staff.
