SS&C Technologies launches modernised buy-side operating platform

The new platform is the latest innovation from SS&C Technologies after it launched GIDS, its new-look transfer agency and investor services platform last year.

SS&C Technologies has launched a revamped cloud-based recordkeeping operating platform for buy-side firms that will offer real-time data capabilities.

SS&C Lyric, a new cloud-based platform will encompass customisable user experiences, rapidly deployable microservices, event-driven integration and a leading data platform.

The new operating platform will be on offer for SS&C’s vast buy-side community including asset managers, superannuation funds, and retirement recordkeepers, as well as broker-dealers.

SS&C’s stated migration onto the Lyric platform is underway across its suite of global recordkeeping solutions.

Following the launch, SS&C has won several high-profile transfer agency mandates from the likes of Aberdeen Standard Investments, Davis Advisors and Janus Henderson.
