The fund administration arm of technology giant SS&C Technologies has promoted Colin Haggart to become country head for SS&C in Luxembourg.
Haggart previously served as head of fund accounting, and prior to joining SS&C in March 2017 he spent almost nine years at EY in Luxembourg.
He also has extensive experience of Luxembourg and UK investment funds including UCITS, hedge funds, fund of funds, and management companies.
“We continue to invest in growing our fund administration business in Luxembourg, and we have confidence in the future of the Luxembourg financial sector and our ability to service clients and build our position as a leading firm in Luxembourg,” said Haggart.
Ian Holden, SS&C’s European head, also added the fund administration of business of SS&C will continue to expand in the region, with Luxembourg set to be an integral part of its growth plans.
