SS&C GlobeOp Introduces Voice Recognition for Fund Administration App

Mobile use continues to make its way to fund administration, as SS&C GlobeOp will offer voice recognition in its iPhone and iPad apps for investors on the go.

The software allows users to navigate the SS&C GlobeOp app menu, review fund documents and access critical reports. Clients can access information by speaking specific commands such as “show me my fund’s exposure by asset class” and “tell me my best fund performance.” This technology has been incorporated in an update to SS&C GlobeOp’s existing mobile apps, which the administrator has submitted to the Apple App Store for approval.
