SS&C GlobeOp Index Drops in April

The gross return of the SS&C GlobeOp Hedge Fund Performance Index fell again in April, measuring -0.59%.

Year-to-date, however, the index is still up 1.97%.

As for the SS&C GlobeOp Capital Movement Index, hedge fund net flows advanced 0.94% in May, with 1.78% inflows and 0.84% outflows.

“Subscriptions outpaced redemptions by 2 to 1, whereas capital activity was down from prior month levels,” says Bill Stone, chairman and chief executive officer, SS&C Technologies.
