SS&C GlobeOp Hedge Fund Indexes Rise

The gross return of the SS&C GlobeOp Hedge Fund Performance Index for November 2013 measured 1.47%, bringing the gross return year to date to 11.54%.

The index is an asset-weighted, monthly window on hedge fund performance, measuring the aggregate performance of funds for which SS&C GlobeOp provides monthly administration services on the GlobeOp platform.

The SS&C GlobeOp Capital Movement Index also saw positive movement, as hedge fund flows advanced 0.60% in December. This index measures the monthly net of hedge fund subscriptions and redemptions administered by SS&C GlobeOp on the GlobeOp platform.

“December closes the year on a positive note with net capital inflows of almost 2 to 1,” says Bill Stone, chairman and chief executive officer, SS&C Technologies.
