The SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator rose in June to 4.80%, up from 4.32% in May.
“In line with semi-annual patterns, forward redemptions increased for the month of June, with the majority of activity falling in the under 1 month category,” says Bill Stone, chairman and CEO, SS&C Technologies.
Redemptions under a month accounted for 3.35%, those over three months accounted for 1%, one-to-two months accounted for 0.39%, and two-to-three months had the least impact with 0.06%.
Also this month, SS&C Technologies has added former Goldman Sachs partner Michael Zamkow to its board of directors. Zamkow was a partner in Goldman Sachs from 1994-2001, where he focused on futures sales while in New York and European fixed income sales while in London.
