SS&C Technologies has completed its acquisition of technology vendor Advent Software for $2.63 billion.
SS&C will take on overs 4,300 additional customers from Advent, which include asset managers, hedge funds, fund administrators, prime brokers, family offices and wealth management advisory firms.
The technology giant announced the acquisition in February this year.

Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank acted as financial advisors to SS&C.
