Spectrum Global Fund Administration LLC has promoted Carol Burke to Chief Executive Officer. Before her promotion to CEO, she held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Spectrum.
Burke was previously Executive Vice President/Chief of Staff and General Counsel of CBOT Holdings, Inc. through the completion of its 2005 IPO. Her responsibilities included all corporate, legal, regulatory, legislative and administrative functions of the CBOT. Her knowledge and experience in the financial services industry has been an integral part in shaping the strategic, financial and operational components of Spectrum’s global business.
Michael E. Griffin, previously Spectrum’s Chairman and CEO, will become the Executive Chairman and will continue to provide the vision that has made Spectrum the fastest- growing hedge fund administrator in the industry. Spectrum’s recent growth is also attributable to his aggressive recruitment of key executives to solidify Spectrum’s organisational structure. Along with David Young and Ron Suber, respectively Spectrum’s Vice Chairman and President, Griffin will continue to shape Spectrum’s global growth strategy.
