Socit Gnrale Corporate & Investment Banking has expanded its Capital Raising & Financing division with the appointments of Jean-Franois Mazaud and Pierre Palmieri as deputies to Jean-Luc Parer, global head of Capital Raising and Financing.
Mazaud brings with him 15 years of experience in the origination of Debt and Equity products, while Palmieri contributes 20 years of experience in structured finance, covering a wide range of activities ranging from Export and Trade Finance to Natural Resources and Energy.
Their contribution will be key in continuing to develop this issuer-focused division on all products and services the corporate and investment bank can deliver its clients, whether debt and capital raising, structured finance or derivatives.
