Socit Gnrale Securities Service (SGSS) has obtained ISAE 3000 certification for its production of Key Investor Information Documents (KIID).
KIIDs were required by the European Commission to replace the UCITS simplified prospectuses on July 1 this year, and many companies were scrambling to meet the deadline.
SGSSs KIID service, which was launched in 2010 and is aimed at asset managers, received certification from the audit firm PricewaterhouseCooper Srl.
Earlier this year, SGSS received ISAE 3402 certification for its internal control procedures.
