SmartStream Technologies is to offer local language versions of its Corona and TLM Corona reconciliations applications for China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan at this year’s Sibos conference. The first of the four versions to be delivered will be Corona in Chinese. It will be unveiled at Sibos in Sydney.
The company, which claims a 38% share of the global reconciliations systems market and more than 1,000 clients, has developed the local language versions for banks in Asia Pacific.
“As the Asian market continues to grow for SmartStream and as it copes with increased regulatory pressures we know Corona will enable local firms to address compliance requirements and deliver greater operational control and risk management,” says Stefan Wawrzyniak, Regional Director, SmartStream Asia Pacific.
Corona aims to enable banks to automate loading and matching of items from internal and external feeds, as well as manage exceptions and provide reporting.
