SmartStream Technologiesis to integrate Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Capital Changes into SmartStream’s TLM Corporate Actions application.
The firm says the new partnership will allow customers to meld CCH Capital Changes’ tax data into its corporate actions processing tool.
CCH Capital Changes provides the facts and figures needed to report the tax consequences of corporate actions. A staff of editors with legal, tax and accounting backgrounds review, verify and analyze primary source documents, while CCH Commentary offers guidance for booking a transaction and is included when the related tax opinion is not provided, or is ambiguous or incomplete. All CCH calculations are created in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code.
