Shore Capital announced today that its connection to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities (DrKW) electronic order execution system, bestconnect, was now live.
Bestconnect is an electronic order execution system that offers UK and European stockbrokers, asset managers and institutions access to electronic execution as an alternative to telephone dealing. It offers real-time execution in over 1,800 UK securities.
With Shore Capital linking to bestconnect, stockbrokers, asset managers and other market participants will now have electronic to a leading market-makers in the small-cap sector.
Shore Capital currently makes markets in approximately 450 smaller companies quoted on AIM and the Official List.
