Slavko Caric will become new CEO of Erste Bank Serbia from 1 January 2009 on. He will replace Sava Dalbokov, who has led the integration process of Erste Bank Serbia into Erste Group since April 2006 and will now take over another Senior Management Position within Erste Group.
Slavko Caric (37) is member of the board responsible for corporate banking and treasury since February 2007. Before joining Erste Bank Serbia he was CEO of the leading Serbian brokerage and investment house SYNERGY CAPITAL. Through his extensive knowledge of the Serbian corporate banking environment he will substantially contribute to further expanding the corporate business in Serbia. His new position as CEO of Erste Bank Serbia was already approved by the National Bank Serbia.
Suzan Tanriyar, Head of Cost Controlling/Infrastructure at Erste Group in Vienna, has been appointed Member of the Management Board of Erste Bank Serbia as of 1 November 2008. She will be responsible for Accounting and Controlling, IT and Organisation, Processing/Operations and Procurement. In addition she will take over the responsibility for Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance from 1 January 2009 forward. Her appointment to the management board requires the approval of National Bank of Serbia.
Suzan Tanriyar (43), with Erste Group since 1991, has gained professional experience through leading several efficiency enhancement projects and implementing Group standards, methodologies and tools of performance management within Erste Group and has therefore the ideal background for her new position. She worked in several transition projects of local banks within Erste Group, which will help to transfer the know-how of Erste Holding and of other local banks to Erste Bank Serbia.
Jasna Terzić, Member of the Board since October 2005, retains her responsibility for Retail banking, HR, Marketing and Legal Departments.
