Sky Fund and the SkyRank System of Hedge Fund Ratings about to kick off its Data-Ratings Exchange Program. Over the coming weeks, funds will be asked to upload their administrative and performance data to Sky Fund’s web server, and the funds will receive their Absolute SkyRank and Lettered SkyRank Ratings for no charge to use their marketing materials.

“We’ve found an overwhelming number of funds interested in receiving their ratings, and willing to provide us data, so we’ve decided to internalize our data collection process,” a spokesperson for Sky Fund said.

Sky Fund distributes its Top SkyRanked Funds files and sells the SkyRank500 and the SkyRank2000. The company is slated to release its first investment product by the first quarter of 2006.
