The SIS Group has appointed Fabrizio Pescosolido as its new head of customer relations division.
Pescosolido succeeds Ernst Bollhalder, who leaves the company at the end of June 2007.
Pescosolido has performed a number of roles within SIS SegaInterSettle’s customer relations division since August 1998, most recently as head of the customer relationship management section.
“The board of directors and the executive committee are satisfied that the vacancy has been filled internally by an experienced member of the SIS Group’s management staff,” a spokesperson said in a statement. “We would like to thank Ernst Bollhalder — who has chosen to take on a new challenge within the banking sector — for his contributions to the SIS Group over the past years.”
