SimCorp has advanced nine positions to the 45th spot in the fifth annual FinTech 100 rankings of the top financial technology companies in the world.
This marks the fifth year in a row that SimCorp has been included on the list, making the company one of only 38 that have consistently been featured since the inaugural ranking. FinTech 100 provides a comprehensive picture of financial institutions spending on technology and offers a window on forces that are changing the industry. FinTech 100 is compiled annually by American Banker, SourceMedias flagship publication for banking and financial services professionals, and by global independent advisory firm Financial Insights, an IDC company.
Companies chosen for the list are categorised and evaluated based on 2007 fiscal year-end revenues and their percentage of financial services revenues.
