“Trust is a critical component of business and during the last year we have seen the dramatic effects on the financial system when trust is absent,” says Simon Culhane FSI, chief executive, SII. This highly participative seminar reinforces the key tenets of openness, honesty, fairness and transparency, which are so critical for the long term survival of any firm.”
The SII’s office in Mumbai opened in 2006 and the Institute launched in India the qualification for financial services IT staff working in operations, the IT in Investment Operations Award (ITIO), which was launched by the then Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Sir John Stuttard.
