As a specialist in European Information & Communication Technology sector, SIA-SSB Group expands its staff to provide more flexible and comprehensive services to financial community.
The new appointments are part of the reorganization phase dealing with roles and responsibilities within the Group structure.
Gian Bruno Mazzi, currently Managing Director of SIA-SSB, has also taken on the office of Chief Executive Officer at Kedrios, the Group company specializing in back office, administrative outsourcing, reporting and software development services for the financial sector.
Fabrizio Canedoli will become Chief Executive Officer of GBC, the Hungarian subsidiary specializing in card processing and ATM/POS terminal management.
Armando Bolzoni has been appointed Director of the Capital Markets Business Unit that provides integrated technology solutions to Central Institutions and Intermediaries along the entire value chain (access to telematic markets, trading, operational supervision on financial marketplaces and settlement) according to the new European market directives.
All of the above mentioned specialists have experienced senior positions.
Gian Bruno Mazzi was Chief Executive Officer of Caer Servizi, part of the Caer Banking Group, born out of the merger between Carisbo and Banca Popolare dell’Adriatico. After heading Organization, Information Systems and Back-office Shared Services at Cardine Banca, he joined SSB where he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2003.
Armando Bolzoni worked as Head of the Development Area and Service Support Settlement during the merger between SIA (Societ Interbancaria per l’Automazione) and Cedborsa. As of July 2002, he has been Director of Settlement and Payments and since 2006 he has also been Head of Service Support Settlement & Market. In the new role Bolzoni will report to the Managing Director.
Fabrizio Canedoli will bring SIA-SSB Group over thirty years’ experience in the IT sector where he has managed medium and large-scale organizations, including the Italian branch of C-Bridge Internet Solutions. He career includes expertise at Synon Italia, , a joint venture between Synon Corp and EDS, where he held the position of General Director.
