Socit Gnrale has won a 300 million mandate from Grosvenor, the privately owned property group. The bank will provide securities services for the groups first French real estate mutual fund, managed by Viveris REIM.
The mandate will include trustee services, custody services for financial assets, position-keeping for real estate assets, liability management services, accounting administration and valuation services.
