SGSS Wins AIFMD Custody Mandate

Athena Capital has mandated Societe Generale Securities Services in Luxembourg to provide administration, custody, registrar and valuation services for its alternative investment fund range.

SGSS’s AIFMD reporting package, ‘R303’, supplies alternative fund managers with three different modular options for obtaining the required regulatory reports and assists with filing such reports with local regulators.

This overall offering will enable Athena Capital to focus on its core investment activities, and to ensure it remains fully compliant with AIFMD.
