Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) in Italy has been appointed by Financiere de lEchiquier to act as an additional local transfer agent in Italy. SGSS will provide the French investment management company with paying agent and investor relations management services.
Financiere de lEchiquier manages a small range of mutual funds invested in the main equities and bonds markets for private and professional investors.
SGSS says it was retained for its transfer agency experience and its ability to provide tailored services.
