Socit Gnrale Securities Services (SGSS) has been mandated by Hansainvest Lux to produce its Key Investor Information Document (KIID).
SGSS will compile the required documents for Hansainvest Lux, calculate the companys risk indicator and management fees, indicate past performance, and draft the investment policy in plain language.
The UCITS IV directive requires asset managers to replace the simplified prospectus with a KIID by July 1.
Hansainvest has previously worked with SGSS on the MSCI Hedge Invest Lyxor Tracker-Hi Fund through SGSS subsidiary Lyxor AM.
