Socit Gnrale Global Securities Services for Investors (SG GSSI) says it has been retained by Weinberg Capital Partners as trustee for their first FCPR after a public tender process.
SG GSSI will provide custody, trustee and registrar services to the FCPR, which amounts to around Euros 400 million in investments.
Created in March 2005, Weinberg Capital Partners also manages a fund specialising in Leveraged Buy Outs.
