The SEI Advisor Network announced Monday the implementation of an Advisor Support Team as part of an effort to strengthen relationships with the company’s clients.
The Advisor Support Team will be responsible for responding to both the advisors’ day-to-day and their strategic requests.
Through an internal review, SEI decided it needed to provide increased support and service to advisors who only had a few accounts with the company.
The team plans to initiate several programs with the aim of assisting the advisors, including a telephone campaigns to garner feedback from the network’s clients, e-mail campaigns, and quarterly investment calls to keep advisors informed about industry news and SEI programs.
