Investment News is reporting that Richard S. Fuld Jr, the chairman and chief executive of Lehman Brothers Holdings, has been given a USD40.5 million payout as a result of a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The overall figure was made up of USD27.97 million pay package, USD12.5 million long-term incentive pay, a USD750,000 annual salary, and USD12.5 million in restricted stock units.
