On 23 March 2009 SEB Bank (Ukraine) and Factorial-Bank (Ukraine) merged and created a single financial institution.

Closely observing the norms of the effective laws, this process was implemented under the supervision and control of the National Bank of Ukraine which granted permit for reorganization of Factorial-Bank and approved the Reorganization Plan according to the Resolution #460 dated 2 September 2008.

SEB Bank (Ukraine) is the full-fledged legal successor of all rights and liabilities of Factorial-Bank (Ukraine), including those under the concluded agreements. SEB Bank Ukraine will now have approximately 100 branches across the country.
