The Baltic subsidiaries of SEB are changing their names. Eesti hispanka will henceforth be known as SEB Eesti hispanka, Latvijas Unibanka as SEB Latvijas Unibanka and Vilniaus Bankas as SEB Vilniaus Bankas. The changes, which apply to all subsidiary companies and branch offices of the banks as well, take effect from Monday 11 April. SEB acquired the three banks in 1998.
