Sarah Hutchinson is leaving her role as head of Finance at British Airways Pensions after nearly 11 years with the scheme. Hutchinson, a regular speaker at securities lending and custody events in the UK and a well known figure within the agent lender community, leaves the beneficial owner at the beginning of May to pursue other interests.

Before BA Pensions, Hutchinson worked as consultant with Aviva Investors to manage and lead the client reporting team. She has also worked as head of client administration at Baring Asset Management (from December 1993 to December 2000) and as head of Control Group for Equity Derivatives at Paine Weber (now UBS) from November 1992 to December 1993. Hutchinson began her career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 1978.
