SteelEye Technology, the US-based provider of BCP support, has opened an IT support centre serving Central Europe. In partnership with Computer Concept, which is based in Germany, the SteelEye Competence and Support Center aims to provide customers in Central Europe with local, German-language access to its business continuity and disasterrecovery solutions.

To make this possible, we are delighted to partner with Computer Concept, which for many years has proven its expertise in SteelEye solutions with numerous customer successes that include, most recently, VEDES AG in partnership with IBM, and Phoenix Contact in partnership with HP.”

Central Europe is defined to include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Albania, Skopje, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Croatia.
