Jersey-based fund administrator SANNE has appointed a new global operations director in a bid to support its global growth.
Tracy Burns will be responsible for overseeing the development and rollout of SANNE’s operations, and supporting the business with the creation of global operational centres.
She will also become a member of the Groups Services leadership team, led by SANNE’s chief operating officer, Eric Watson.
“Tracy’s appointment will strengthen SANNE’s leadership team, her extensive experience in operations will be vital to the business as we continue to expand,” Watson commented.
“Tracy will lead our work in know your customer (KYC) and customer due diligence (CDD) activities and position us to be able to expand these operations globally, so we can deliver right-first-time outcomes to clients and maximise efficiencies and controls.”
Burns joins SANNE from RBSI where was previously chief administration officer with large-scale teams operational teams including payments, change management, property services and AML. She has also held similar roles with RBS and Coutts.
